The latest Privacy Policy incorporates the updated elements from the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (“POPI” or “POPIA”) and includes amendments from the 2025 POPIA Regulation update, ensuring alignment with both South African and international data protection standards such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).


DEFINITIONS


“Account / Reservation Hub Services Account”
 means a User’s account created on any one of the Platforms.


Reservation Hub Services” or “the Company”
 means Reservation Hub Services (Pty) Ltd, a private company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of South Africa, with registration number 2022/574462/07 and registered address at 42 Keerom Street, Cape Town, South Africa.


“Personal Information”
 means personal information as defined in the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013, including but not limited to information relating to an identifiable, living, natural person, and where applicable, an identifiable, existing juristic person.


“Platform”
 means the Website, any email addresses associated to the Website, and/or any other platform associated with the provision of the Services by Reservation Hub Services.


“Processing”
 means any operation or activity concerning personal information as defined in POPIA.


“Services”
 means the provision of the Products and Content by Reservation Hub Services to you as defined in the Terms and Conditions.

 means applications and websites by third-party service providers that Reservation Hub Services uses in order to deliver services and products to its clients.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes without your consent.

In accordance with Regulation 13 (2025), the Information Regulator may issue administrative fines payable in instalments. We comply fully with all data protection obligations to prevent any contraventions.


RECORD RETENTION


We retain your records for five years after account closure unless otherwise required by law, after which data will be destroyed or anonymised.


TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may transfer data outside South Africa for storage or analysis, ensuring equivalent security standards and confidentiality obligations are upheld in compliance with POPIA.

  • These requests are free of charge.

  • You will receive a written response within 30 days.

  • You may submit complaints directly to the Information Regulator via info@turnkeypartnerships.com or through their official online complaint system.

If you visit third-party links or partner websites via our Platforms, you must agree to and abide by their separate privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
