Our pricing starts from R3,105 per property, depending on the number of properties you own/manage. This is a flat monthly fee — no commissions, no surprises.
We have a 30 day no questions asked cancellation policy, thereafter you can cancel anytime by giving us 90 days’ notice (we require this in order to hand over upcoming reservations properly) We believe in earning your business, not locking you in.
We specialize in Airbnb and other short-term rental platforms (VRBO, Booking.com, etc.). We don’t manage guesthouses, hotels, or B&Bs.
