    How are you different from a property management company?

    Property managers often take over your listing, charge 20–30% commission, and lock you into long contracts. We charge a flat monthly fee, keep you in control, and focus only on the reservations and admin side of hosting.

    Do I lose control of my Airbnb account if I use Reservations Hub?

    No. You stay the main host. We operate in the background and use  (and create if you don't already have) your account, so all reviews, ratings, and guest history stay with you.

    Who handles cleaning and maintenance?

    We work with your existing cleaner(s) or can help you connect to trusted vendors. You stay the point of contact for on-the-ground operations.

    Can you help me get more bookings?

    Yes. We optimize your listing, pricing, and response time to improve your ranking and increase visibility. More visibility = more bookings.

    What if I already use software like PriceLabs or a PMS?

    That’s fine. We’ll set everything up on our system so that you can take advantage of our technology and lower your costs.

    How much does it cost?

    Our pricing starts from R3,105 per property, depending on the number of properties you own/manage. This is a flat monthly fee — no commissions, no surprises.

    Is there a long-term contract?

    We have a 30 day no questions asked cancellation policy, thereafter you can cancel anytime by giving us  90 days’ notice (we require this  in order to hand over upcoming reservations properly) We believe in earning your business, not locking you in.

    Do you only work with Airbnbs?

    We specialize in Airbnb and other short-term rental platforms (VRBO, Booking.com, etc.). We don’t manage guesthouses, hotels, or B&Bs.

    What if I only have one property?

    That’s perfect. Most of our clients start with one property. We’ll scale with you as you grow.

    How quickly can I get started?

    Usually within a few days. Once we connect your listing, we handle onboarding, optimization, and communication setup so you can hand over the reservations right away.
